Another lovely summers day in Watford

I think video speaks louder than words. Here are some "words" from the video camera on the Nokia N95

Well OK it's another shot of Willow but I promise it will be the last for a few days as I just wanted to upload a pic taken at the full resolution of the phone camera i.e 5mp. Hopefully it's going to look a little better.


Actually it's horribly over sharpened. I need to have a further play with the settings

Just discovered it's been set to Hard Sharpening rather than Normal or Soft.

Now back at home and rather enjoying the summer weather. Willow was very pleased to see me on Thursday night. Many thanks to Colin and Deb for looking after her. This snap was taken on the N95 this morning. Being a plonker I'd managed to change the image setting to lo-res so it's not the best the camera/phone/computer can do. (Don't forget the N95 is "what computers have become" according to Nokia)

It's Wednesday evening. I'm off tomorrow for a two day training course so Willow is receiving full board care from Deb and Colin.The house seems very quiet without her .

Statement of Purpose

I set up this blog as somewhere to post things I wanted to share with my family and friends. Having just taken possession of a Nokia 95 mobile phone I can now post the trivia of my life whenever I want. The phone includes both still and video photography. Perhaps more importantly it also includes a fast connection to the internet which means I can send pics here. No more postcards. Just hot off the press piccies of what I'm doing. I'll probably use it occasionally as a phone too !
